Pasta and Gelato at Amici

If you find yourself craving for pasta and gelato, there's one place where you can have both. Amici has one of the best pastas in the metro, and with its Cara Mia Gelateria, you can't go wrong.

Linguine al Prosciutto e Tartufo, an olive oil based pasta with mushrooms and prosciutto (P 298), simple, homey and comforting. The richness of the olive oil and prosciutto plays well with the earthiness of the mushrooms and herbs. Add some parmesan and chili flakes and you're good to go.

And there's more...

Linguine Red Vongole e Gamberetti, a tomato based pasta with prawns, clams and shrimps (P 312), with a rich red sauce that's big on flavor.

If you love seafood with a traditional tomato based sauce, this is it.

Strawberry Lite and Guinduia Choco Hazelnut (P 80 per scoop), just perfect. A great way to cap the meal.

And for more serious desserts, no worries...

Cara Mia Gelateria offers a wide range of flavors, plus an extensive selection of cakes and gelato-based cakes as well.

Amici also offers fresh baked bread and pastries, truly a one-stop shop for everything delicious. Very cool.

Amici is located at Missouri Square, Connecticut corner Missouri Streets, Greenhills or call 724-4804 for details on other branch locations.
